I lived at the St. Anton building for about 5 months... there are much better alternatives in the area. The walls and ceilings are as thin as any i've come in contact with; just like the other review said don't let the stainless steel and granite fool you, this building is cheap almost feeble. i had the cops come to my door at 8:15 in the evening when i had 2 guests over listening to music on my computer for a noise complaint. egregious isn't even the word more like atrocious. like some other reviews said they can't seem to keep a manager for more than a couple of months- i was evicted before the end of my 6 month lease (which is all they would offer) for noise when i'd had no parties, no music playing after 10pm. i felt like i had to tip toe in my own private space it was so awful. they've got a three strikes rule and the management doesn't really listen to any interpretation or reasoning. there's only one elevator and for a building this size there should be two. i was towed for overlapping a bit into another space (not even parking in it). i don't even like thinking about the period when i lived there but there you go.
