Horrible Manager and Owner

The owner doesn't fix anything. The apartment was not clean when I moved in (all my neighbors said theirs were dirty when they moved in also). The owner and manager gave a lot of my neighbors notices to move out because they had pets, then let one of my other neighbors get a dog. Anyone who complains about anything gets a 30 or 60 day notice to move. And, none of my former neighbors received their deposit back. One person lived there for 6 years and was charged for painting and carpet cleaning (after 6 years!!!). Landlord is a slumlord. Don't move here. I'm moving as soon as I find a new place.
