This place has a terrible bay area owner who is not willing to fix anything. He wants top dollar for no amenities. This place has very little upkeep and no upgrades. This is Sacramento not the bay area! The manager is terrible. She is never here and it is very hard to ever get her to do her job. She works a full time job during the hours she is suppose to be on the premises. She is always gone on the weekends and it is impossible to get a hold of her in an emergency. The grounds are a mess and the building is not secure. The tenants are out of control and do as they wish. There are many studio units that have 3 to 5 people staying in them. There are tenants who are allowed to go through the trash to pick out the recycle(cans and plastic). Nobody wants other tenants in their trash.

I am a tenant ... this place is wonderful. Not only do I recommend it but it has a GREAT manager. Funny how the person writing the bad review is annon.

Why is it funny that the person writing the review is annonymous? That doesn't suggest anything. No one would waste their time writing a negative review of a place, if they didn't truly have a negative experience. pyratephoto is management.
