I've lived at the State house apartments for about a year and a half and I can honestly say that whoever made the comment about the MANAGER doesnt know his head from his ASS!!!!! Yes the OWNER doesnt want to fix up the place but thats not her fault she doesnt own the place. I have never had a problem getting ahold of her for any reason not even on the weekends or late at night. She is the best manager that I've ever had. Ask for the comment made about the five people living in one studio thats not true.
