Sterling Pointe II Apartments

OK for the time being From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I live at sterling point for almost 2 years and with the first management staff I had no problems. They were always very friendly and nice. It wasnt in the best of neighborhoods (b/f had pieces of his car stolen, and someone towed it "accidently"), neighbors were often sketchy (5 were evicted during the time I was there), and car alarms were a constant bother. I didnt care for the parking, covered spots were VERY far away from your actual apartment, and guest parking was a joke, with many uncovered spots taken by non-operable cars. BUT, overall, when the orginal management was there I was happy. The new management, however, has been rotten. The main manager has been nothing but a rude and arrogant man any time I have had to deal with him. The others are nice but when it comes down to it, the person you deal with most is a jerk and not helpful in the least. People skills please. I suggest Riverglenn for a comparable price range and nicer community...
