I think these apartments are a diamond in the rough. With some TLC (paint and replacement of the damaged wood)the outside would be great. So far there have been no problems. All repair requests are done timely. My neighbors are quiet...you will hear cars with sound systems drive by but nothing that will drive you crazy. I haven't used the laundry room yet but I like that they are not coin operated. You need to purchase a card and deposit money on the card via atm/credit. Everytime I walk by the laundry rooms they are empty. I am also impressed with the security provided at night. They are friendly and do their jobs!!!(they tow cars). Parking could be better but this is an apartment complex there is never enough parking. You must have a permit to park here after 10pm and if you have guests you need to get a permit from the office or security. They actually enforce the parking rules which is very impressive. The complex is in a great location. Walking distance from a minishopping center (Ross, Marshalls, Old Navy), and near several dining establishments (Chevys,TGI Fridays, Boco di deppo (however you spell it), Denny's, Red Lobster, and the Outback...and if your willing to walk a little bit you can eat at Tahoe Joes, Chilis, Chicken & Waffles, and Round Table. The complex is also near the CSUS bus line. So you can save money and not buy a parking permit. Yes the outside needs some work but the inside is a great bargain for your money!

Who ever wrote this review your honestly mistaken about this place. The complex is a place where every Tom, ---- and Hairy has moved in and its getting worse. Its not going to get any better. I wish it were but you cant speak your peace unless you want trouble. They need to start a neighbor hood watch in here seriously

I laughed my ass off when I read this review. Like they think people are blind! Must have been written by one of the managers. See the place for yourself. It sucks.
