The low price of this apartment complex is appealing, but you definitely get what you pay for. Maintenance was quick to respond, but I had to call them back several times to actually get things fixed correctly. The office staff is pleasant up front, but it's obvious that they're very disorganized and if you happen to have any problems with paperwork it's going to be a battle until the end to get everything straightened out.
The complex itself seems to have gone downhill over the past couple of years. Noise from the other apartments during the day and night was a constant problem that management was unable or unwilling to take care of. The night patrol service was absolutely useless in handling noise or parking issues when other people were parking in my assigned parking space. Also, guest parking is an absolute nightmare, because there aren't enough spaces. I didn't feel safe walking around the complex at night by myself even to take the garbage out or using the exercise facilities, because the room is all windows and faces the driveway/parking area. The exercise equipment was also in poor shape. People sit at the gate waiting to be let in with their stereos blasting and then just cruise around the complex doing who knows what. There are so many apartment complexes in this area, I would spend some more money and find a better place to live.
