The only thing positive that I can say is, I like the floor plan. Other than that my entire experience as a resident of Stonecreek Apts has been terrible. First of all when we moved in to our apartment it was DIRTY. They did send their "cleaning" people over after about a week. Well these ladies didn't know the first thing about cleaning. For instance, underneath the kitchen sink was filthy. I mean there was crap all over the place. The cleaning lady said we had to have it painted. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves. Next I was putting away food in the fridge, I was about to put something in the door of the fridge when I noticed that instead of a rail there was DUCT tape...yes our fridge was being held together by tape. In the kitchen the outlets, top & side of the fridge, side of the stove and under the dishwasher were disgusting. After the previous tenants left, I think maintenance laid new carpet and linoleum and that was it. Nothing was cleaned. Also we have had several centipedes in our apartment. And if you have a problem, dont call the office theres a few people there w/ attitudes. If you happened to get a nice person who takes your maintenance request, dont count on it getting done anytime soon. Even in emergency situation you should expect to wait a couple days.
