SlumLords! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is the ghetto! No lighting, gate open for weeks at a time, my car was broken into, fights in the complex, old appliances, drawers and cabinets falling of the hinges, closet doors NEVER worked/on track--basically this is "THE HOOD!" All Stonecreek management wants for all of cash paying people out and section 8 people in! With the rental increases, they should be ashamed of the condition of some units, plus they stick all of the people with children in the back without carport lights! The door lights don't even work and sometimes the isle lights don't work! I have seen people selling weed BY MY DOOR and drinking 40-OZ BY MY DOOR! This place is a piece of crap and all the manangement put all of the people of color in the back area!
