Too expensive for the area, lots of promises that never get delivered.

You are guaranteed to get screwed on the return of your deposit. I was charged $100.00 cleaning fee to clean salt out of the cupboard, clean the sliding glass door and the window tracks. I was also charged $125.00 carpet cleaning fee for two stains. When I moved in 2000, they were getting a new play area for the kids, needless to say, it still hasn?t arrived. In mid-2002, they were getting the complex gated, still hasn?t happened.
Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you into the lease and basically you have to bug them (and they will let you know that your bugging them) to get what they promised (this does not include a play area or gates). They don?t care that your car gets broken into and they don?t share safety information with other residents, i.e., that there?s a problem with vandalism.
Get to know your neighbors, otherwise what you don?t know, will hurt you.
