Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Cons- We weren't given a walk-thru until the move in day.
There were dead bugs scattered throughout the unit.
Live bugs were occasionally found for the next week.
A/C wasn't working.
Two burners on stove were not working.
Dried paint was found on carpet in two rooms.
Cupboards need to be refinished.
Unit was not cleaned prior to move in.
Poor hours available for pool and fitness area.
Pros- A/C was repaired promptly.
New stove.
Washer/dryer in unit.
Quiet.
