Bad Maintenance / Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I been a resident for a while and the maintenance / management is bad. From trash all over the dump areas, people parking in other's residents parking stall, repairs not done or not sone in a timely matter. Rent rate was good when I came in, and location is great too, close to shopping areas.
