i agree with it being ghetto! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   when i moved in i thought that i was far enough out of the "hood" to be okay. My first day i saw the roaches (during the walk through i asked the office assistant if they had any issues with them,or other pest and she said no, coincidence'' i think not.. because afterward the community director explained to me the reason i had them was because the neighboring apartment was infested and they had to go in and tear up the carpet!! they fumigated 2 or 3 times and still couldn't get rid of them. within 2 weeks my apartment was broken into, and there was this weird smell that i couldn't seem to get rid of. since then i've switched to an upstairs apt and i haven't had any issues, def no roaches. parking here is not too bad, and maintenance is very helpful. my neighbors get pretty loud sometimes, but i guess that just comes along with the territory. if you can afford to live somewhere better than i say go for it. good luck searching.
