Management Sucks

I have lived in Tally Ho Village Apt's for over 2 years. The Management sucks, they will never forget to put balloons on your front door for your birthday, but when it comes to important issues they lack any form of communication between management and resident. The first problem I had was during a windy and wet storm, the shingles on the roof blew away and let water in through the roof. A 3 ft by 4 ft section of the ceiling fell down with lots of water. Once management was notified it took about 20 days for them to fix the problem, with not one single phone call from management on the status of the situation. I had to sleep on the floor and waisted my heating bill on warming up an apartment with a hole in the ceiling in January. I was not asked if I needed a place to stay. After it was all fixed I was only compensated $200. Rent is $880 and I was paying for 2 bedrooms but only had access to one. The second situation was when my girlfriend and I were on vacation out of the country for 2 weeks. When we came back her car was gone from our parking spot assigned to us. We called the cops and they said it was towed for expired tags. The vehicle was registered and insured but someone stole the registration sticker off the license plates. The apartment management did not call the emergency phone number written in the lease agreement or run the tags to see if the vehicle was registered. The copy of the tow receipt was not even signed by the apartment management. It cost $600 to get the vehicle out of the tow yard and the apartment management said they did nothing wrong. The 3rd situation is the one I am in right now, my microwave in the apartment stopped working a week and a half ago. The maintenance guy, (which should be the manager because he is the only one that does his job right)inspected the microwave and told me that he would have to order a new one. I called the apartment management 2 days ago and asked the status of the situation and they told me they would have to speak to maintenance and give me a call back. I still have not heard any status of the situation. But once again I will remind you that Tally Ho management will never forget your birthday.
