I shared a 2/2 apt with another person during 2002-2003. If you don't mind kids, it's the perfect place. Unusually large amount of kids for predominantly 2 bedroom apartments. Covered parking space literally on south end of complex, while my apartment was on the north end. Unreserved parking is very difficult to find; might end up parking outside of the security gates. Exercise room is inconvenient, if you live in the west side of the complex. Pool was ok. You can hear upstairs neighbors especially when they're taking a bath. I think the main water pipes ran directly over my bedroom...just awful! Had problems with neighbor's kids upstairs next door to my upstairs neighbor using the stairs like a stairmaster. The vibration of them stomping on the stairs was very bothersome. Kitchen is pathetically small. I suppose the best thing there was that the manager was responsive to my complaints and the garages were a respectable $55 a month at the time. Overall, keep looking. I moved because my roommate had to move out.
