Not all that bad....

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
The only reason why I moved into these apartments is because they allow pets up to 55 lbs. I have been pleasantly surprised about this complex, the place is quite the management is nice and our complaint was fixed within 3 days. I do have renters insurance and I feel relatively safe in my apartment with a large dog and boyfriend.
That being said, I'm not sure I'd recommend this complex to people who want to get into the "complex drama" or to single women. Some of the people who live here aren't the "upper crust" of society, including some registered sex offenders.
The outside of the apartment complex is bad, there are open drug deals and I believe some guys try to pinp out girls as well. I see cops drive by but there aren't any arrests and the problems continue. At night time the Alleyway, where guest can part and where the garages are located are frequently used by dealers and homeless rummaging in the dumpsters.
A positive or negative is the food locations that are across from the apartment complex. There is a 7-11, another liquor store, an adult movie food stop and food stores.
All in all I will most likely stay here another year and save up more money to move into a nice house in another area.
