If you are younger beware this place will try to take advantage of you. They changed the price of our rent twice before we even moved in and they prorated the move in date without telling us until the morning we moved in. They will let little kids throw balls in the parking lot (hitting dozens of cars), run around screaming at 5:00 am in the morning and climb on cars but threaten to evict you for leaving one beer bottle on your balcony. The neighborhood is horrible. My boyfriend got stabbed in the parking lot. My roommates car got broken into four times. There were shootings a couple feet away from our bedroom window. And if that isn't enough they screwed us on our security deposit. They made us pay for a new carpet when it wasn't needed. They told us not to shampoo the carpet because they would do it. But they didn't try to clean it instead they charged us $700 for a new carpet. This all the truth and I am just trying to warn people renting for the first time that this place will try to screw you over.

just out of curiosity...how do you prorate a move-in date?? you can pro-rate rent...but i don't think you can prorate a move-in date...please explain!
