I lived in Tallyho village for only a couple months. The application and move in process was long and tedious. During the whole process, they acted like we weren't going to qualify (and asked us to verify 6 months worth of rent in the bank, which we did) and then were totally nice again once we qualified. While we were signing our documents, they left out a page and my roommate went out of town for a month and during this time they threatened to EVICT us because they forgot to have us sign the paper. Someone did try to break into my apartment and I was charged because the burglar broke the screen door on the slider! Sleeping was never very pleasant because they have these blaring orange lights right outside your window, and if your upstairs neighbor runs any water it sounds like the pipe is right over your face. The bathroom was inside the bedroom which turned out to be a pain. All in all I found the office staff helpful except for some one of the regular leasing associates. The assistant community director is very knowledgeable and friendly. If it's all you can afford, hold on tight and pray for daylight. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
