The maintenance here is great!! Other than that, I wish I hadn't move in. The management is more unfreindly and not very personable. Most of the neighbors are rude to say the least. Insulation is horrible! Washer & dryer... Very small! Parking is a joke inside the gates, there are very few uncovered spots and you can only use them if you live here, along with you covered spot, IF a tenant gets one of those uncovered spots... they never move from there! There's always crime in the neighborhood! Sirens, ER vehicles, cops, helicopters, punks hanging out and people getting high in the near by alley and parking lots! And if your not a smoker, seriously reconsider this place, I can never open my glass doors or windows for fresh air because I ALWAYS have 2nd hand smoke coming in my apt!!! Wish I could leave but I can't break my lease, oh... and it's not a normal 1 year lease, but a 13 mth lease they have you sign!!
