Besides the questionable safety of the area, the duplexes themselves are fine. Maintenance is consistent and the yard service is nice. It's the staff that is unfriendly and rude. This place is all about getting you to move in, but once you are there, they are not helpful or accomodating. Many of the "policies" they inforce are inconvenient for their tenants, but seem to make them a lot of money.
