This apartment complex looks good at first. But, after living here for two years I am honestly not happy here. My car and my roomate's were both broken into with valuables stolen. The apartment managers were completely unsympathic to what had happened to us. This is not the best neighborhood and I would NEVER walk around at night alone.
The customer service in this complex is horrible. Every time I go to the office I'm greeted with rude, uncaring attitudes. When notices of a parcel was left at the office no one ever bothered to call us to let us know. As a result, flowers sent for Valentine's Day would die and no one would tell us they were there.
The design of the apartments is a joke. Poor lighting, tiny cubard space, no extra closet space for cleaning supplies etc, etc.
If you have any pets I certainly wouldn't live here. The pet security deposit is crazy expensive and you must pay an extra fee every month to have the pet in the apartment.
Overall, you should just avoid these apartment and look for something better

They used to have break ins but they put in cameras awhile ago and boosted up security and I havent heard or seen any problems since then. Also I love running and I go running at night with my dog and I haven't even been talked to. My pet deposit was expensive but that comes with having a pet. It's like that with all the other apartments I've lived in. And the great thing is it's refundable. I like living here.
