I would never recommend this apt complex, as it has made my living experience horrible. The staff and their "rules" are ridiculous! The spa and pool area's are janky, and not kept up. Theft is not uncommon, as the patio furniture is there one day, and gone the next. The carpet in the apt is beyond disgusting. If I had not met some great friends, this would be a a very disappointing experience.

Don't break the rules and you wont have a problem. They are there to keep the community nice and safe, just pick up your dog poop, park in the right spot,pay your rent, don't have wild parties and you'll be fine.
