I lived here from 2008-09.When I moved in, I had to clean the apartment some. The carpet was not brand new, but it was clean. All the other apartments had new carpet and flooring. SO WHAT.the grounds were always clean, maintenance was on it, crime is everywhere but low here, stores are convenient, bank, blockbuster, 7/11....pay on time and you wont get a notice, brake the rules and you wont get a notice. the rules are for you and me, i m quiet, so you be quiet. parking was fine. hey, this is sacramento, there was a big housing boom in the 60s and 70s. it would be ideal if all apartments could be torn down and modernized.then rent rates would skyrocket. it wpould be ideal if there were no car theives, and burglaries.it all depends on who your neighbors are. I RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE.I left because i m a student and didnt have a job to stay, however i may return.i couldnt hear through the walls.
