then it probably is. These are affordable housing apartments, and the rent is relatively cheap. But you pay for what you get. It comes with a dishwasher, but no washer/dryer in unit, no fireplace, and the apartment is the smallest 2 bedroom I have ever seen.
Here's the latest. I have noticed mold growing on the window frames in my apartment. I have asked other tenants about this, and they have the same problem. When I brought it to management's attention, he advised that it should come right off. In other words, he had no intention of fixing the drafty and leaking windows.
Cars are broken into on a weekly basis, and there are kids running and screaming up and down the sidewalks. My daughter almost got trampled by one on a scooter.

Terracina Vineyard is a nice place to live come see for yourself.Clean and very quiet,washer/dryer who needs one in the apartment I use the laundry room saves on utilitiy bills Ilove it here.
