wow what a place to live!! and i do mean that sarcastically! hmm where should i begin' the horrific management' the druggies' the parking' well, lets begin with management..... lets just say i would recieve better service from a hooker!!!(figuritively speaking) matter a fact i think i have seen a couple of them around the property as well. anyways back to the point, she does not give a hoot about anyone here except for her little homies. Calls have never been returned, not to mention she leaves in the middle of the day for god knows what, and never returns for the rest of the day! how the hell are you supposed to discuss matters when the manager aint even there'''!!! i could go on and on and on about her horrible attitude towards us, or as she has told us to our face "WHITE TRASH". i am not a racist person but she needs to look at her self in the mirror. Anyways, parking sucks ass and random people are always drivin in and out and stealing all the open spaces. recently i have parked in a vacant stall and the next morning i had a note on my windshield tellin me to move out of their spot or my car will be towed, funny when the day before i witnessed this same person pull in and park in her own stall acrosss the parking lot!!! EXUSE ME!!! it is an all out brawl to find a parking spot in this place, ecspecially when you own multiple vehicles.
Our rent is 809 or 810, every month is different. it actually was 800 but got a 3 day notcie on our door to pay or quit... the amount- $9.00. ARE YOU KIDDIN ME''!! we didnt even get a note saying our rent was going up. by the way we prolly pay a helluva lot more than 75% of people that live here!!!
Next topic, the walls are paper thin and almost every night of the week i hear the sounds of a squeaky box spring mattress and bed posts hitting the wall, yup that would be the sound of our neighbors banging. Complained to management and all she did was laughed and said "i know". after a few weeks of this noise, we had enough, we would hit the wall as hard as possible and the noise would subside. well that was a lesson learned cuz the following day our car window was shot out. it was wonderful paying 150 bucks 2 days b4 christmas.
I have even seen maintenance earn a few extra bucks selling baggies of unknown substances to the ghettos that live here!!!
AND THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY!! LOL i could go on and on but it is not worth the time. kind of a cheap place, but would NEVER reccomend SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
