This place looks great inside & out. The problem really are the people living here. Last summer my issues were groups of children running the area, basketball lovers playing at 11pm or later and teens chatting loudly through out the night. I never seen security in the beginning. Then, they hired a great security that walks the property at night and this helps out a lot. There is still the loud people and arguing couples but truthfully I can deal with it. My problem is the wonderful people that break random car windows for fun....oh and mail theft. I smell weed almost every night but don't really know from where, there are go-go speed racers every night with loud music or they just simply honk their horns. ARG!
