This is the worst mistake of my life. 1st these apparments are trashy. The management doesn't do anything about the noise. Some of our windows don't close all the way and we've call them to fix them and they haven't done anything. They keep using the excuse that they're placing an order for them. Its been 6 months since the first time we've told them. I go every month to let them know about this and they still use the same excuse.
Neighbors with kids don't watch their kids. They run around just throwing trash and scratching the cars with their bikes in between the cars. I woke up the next morning and I found my car with scratches by my door and finger prints with mudd on my windows.
The toillette seats are all rusty from the inside. When we got this appartment my boyfriend and I had to clean it again before we moved the stuff in because the inside of the cabinettes had like all this sticky stuff and the carpeting was disgusting it had all this black spots. The balcony is all moldy. The closet doors where all broke and there still are they don't open or close right. They get stuck. The kichen floor is nasty too I've tried scrubbing it and the stains wont come off. After we told them about the condition of the appartment they said "oh thats normal." Trust me pay $200.00 bucks extra for a much better place. If I would of been more familiar with the sacramento area I would of looked around more. They look Great from the outside but the neighboors and the condition of this appartmens in the inside is digusting. Not worth paying anything for this.

This renter's grammar and spelling are a perfect example of the clientele that lives in this complex. I just moved out and was happy with my stay. A few problems, but not too bad. Do your homework people!

My apartment was nice when I moved in, short of imperfect cleaning (my cupboards were kinda dirty, and the bathtub and toilet were not perfect). The structure itself, however, was nice enough. But I understand perfectly about the noise and the children running wild and unattended. I also have heard similar statements by management to remedy the noise and child problem. There is a new manager now, and so far, she seems a LOT better than Mari was. Mari was the worst manager I have ever seen. I am so glad that she is gone. Maybe now things might get taken care of. My suggestion to the original poster would be to let the new manager know of your grief over the past six months -- hopefully she will take care of you as she already has helped me. To the poster who defamed the grammar of the residents here. Not all of us are grammar-challenged. However, that comment was not very nice at all. Some folks just perhaps did not get the opportunity to learn proper English. Most likely, though, the original poster simply made some typos. I understood what she was saying, despite the error here and there. You were lucky to only have 'a few problems.' You should have stayed a night here next door to my super-loud, obnoxious neighbors with five unruly children that have painted on, destroyed, and trashed the property around us. I wish they'd MOVE! I can't even have a quiet phone conversation WITH MY WINDOWS ALL CLOSED without my telephone conversant hearing their loud kids. You might know which apartment I live in, or the general locale, just by the loudest kids in the world that live next door. Anyway . . . hopefully the new manager will do something about all this. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. My rent is pretty much the full rate anyway, so if this does not improve, I will be moving, that is for sure. To 'Anonymous' -- where did you wind up moving to? What's it like there? I need to get outta here before I tear all my hair out. :)
