hello i lived in these apartments for 4 years. i agree that they have gone downhill over the years. partly due to the ever so changing office staff. my biggest complaint was the pigeons. my kiddos could not even go out onto the balcony due to this problem. i also found several dead pigeons on my patio. i called management and was told to get a plactic bag and throw them away. ummm.... i dont think so. i agree that moving to these apartments is beneficial to those that need affordable housing. i stayed there a few years, saved up some money and purchased my first home last year. my advice to current residents, save up your money and get the heck out of there.
