Ever since the beginning of this year, it seems like it has gotten so much better! The staff is perfect, detailed, and way responsive. Maintenance people are much better, and can actually fix things now. For the price, location and apartments, you can't finds anything better....and believe me I looked for months!

It is absolutely wonderful that you are enjoying Terracina Gold. I had a nasty cough while I lived there-- I figured it was because I am an occasional smoker. Low and behold, a friend of mine told me that after a new resident moved in, after a few months, his apartment had black MOLD. BE CAREFUL!!! I am still coughing daily. My doc still cannot quite figure it out, but it is apparently NOT due to the once or twice a week cigarette. He says I have chronic bronchitis now. CRAP. Just a small note . . .
