So my upstairs neighbors are loudy, and messy.
They leave their cigarette butts everywhere (including on my porch!), they never clean up after their dog, they even leave him/her out on the balcony all day! Theyturn their music and tv on extremely loud at all hours of the night and purposefully stomp around to piss me off. I have contacted Sac PD, Paladdin, AND the managers multiple times and while they claim to have brought it up many times with the neighbors, the problem is not solved. they are still loud, and stomp around more frequently becasue they know that lea the new manager isnt taking it seriously enough.
not only that but when i saw the manager walking around i said hi, and she said hi but kept walking past me. i then asked her if she was going to call me back like i had asked and she droned on with a bunch of bull and said "oh and im not avoiding you, i was meaning to call you back, we are just under staffed"...i figure, if she was not avoiding me, why didnt she bring it up with me when i had said hi rather than breezing by me' and, do they not realize that in the lease you are not supposed to be loud after 9pm' my neighbors are going against their lease and the management is not taking hard enough action to get them to stop.
i am now in the market for an entirely new complex all-together and i hope they grant me out of my lease. however i am not hopeful seeing that they are so inconsiderate with everything else they do.

I have to agree. Most of the people living here are very lowlife. My neighbors fight constantly at all hours (then have sex after) and I can hear all of it. The cigarette butts everywhere are awful. Basically if you're the type who wants to be a jerk to your neighbors this is the place for you because management will do absolutely nothing about anything. The gate also offers a complete FALSE sense of security, since all the crooks do is wait outside it with their lights off and then follow residents right in.
