Some good, some bad, decent price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I had a one bedroom on the second floor in front of the complex. The neighborhood itself is really shady. I rarely ventured outside the gates on foot, but I felt fairly safe inside the gates. As far as management goes, they were pretty responsive, I had some probs with my AC in the middle of summer and they were able to get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time. There were some issues with crime, my neigbors car was broken into right outside my window in the middle of the night (drive-by style), and the gates were often broken, so anyone could come in. I would see and hear helicopters searching for people almost every other week. Gym facilities were nice and well kept, pool also very nice. All in all, not bad, particularly if you want a place that's convenient to Sac state.
