This apartment complex is great. The managers really do a good job at filtering out the trouble makers. In the 15 months that I was there, there weren't any major issues. If anything needed to be fixed they would fix it right away. Parking is an small issue but there's usually a parking spot in the back near the pool. I didn't mind it because the mail box is in the back anyway. The staff were super nice...did I mention that Mayra is hot'
Each unit comes with their own washer and dryer..so the convenience factor is there. Also there are gas stoves! The sound insulation between apartments were suprisingly good. However, if you were to live underneath someone..you may hear them walk..or shout..
There is no other place around that area I would live in...and you will probably agree if you looked at their ratings on this...
here's a secret: there's food in the fridge at the manager's office..its filled each month full of sodas and cookies...
If you stay there for 13 months..you won't have to worry about shampooing the carpet, they will do it for you free of charge.
I hope all this information is helpful. I definitely recommend the Sinclair to any of my friends.
