This place is very close to Sac State however I would never live here again.There are bums walking around the levy all the time harassing people and weirdos from the Sting bar walking over in the parking lots making it feel very unsafe.
My roommates car was also stolen 4 times in a one month span. The first time the thieves strip the car of its tires, rims, radio, battery and fuses. It cost her $400 to get the stripped car out of a towing impound.
I would pay the extra $50 rent to live elsewhere. It's not worth living in a place with the cheapest rent if all of your money is spent on other issues. It doesn't help that they have the rent-a-cops patrolling at night. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
