Depends when you lived here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000   I lived here 2 different times under the management of Sandy & Pam. Both women were excellent managers and took great care of things. Prior to them there were some snotty women in the office and while the grounds were amazing there was no way in hell I would move there with those "ladies" in the office, so I waited. Unfortunately in the past couple years there was a shake up and both Sandy & Pam moved on and were replaced with yet another snotty woman named Shirley. I wanted to live there again and called on multiple occassions with an open mind and positive attitude. Each time Shirley left a bad taste in my mouth and so I chose not to live there. I loved the years living there because the grounds are beautiful and there's a very peaceful feel to it. At night you could walk the pathways listening to the water and night noises. During the day you were surrounded by lots of trees, ducks and fish. The apts themself where nice and parking wasn't a problem usually. Rent used to be reasonable but I see it's gone up significantly. For some unknown reason there have been a couple fires in the complex putting tenants out of their homes. Lots of suspicion over that. I can't say this is a great place to live anymore and that's sad. I've heard from others that Shirley is a thorn in their butts too and my hope is her time will be short and that they bring back quality people like Sandy & Pam. Choice is yours. If you can stand Shirley and aren't nervous about an insurance scam that might possibly burn you out then certainly look here. I'm not a risk taker by nature so keep that in mind. All in all this is a beautiful place that I once called home and miss quite a bit.
