I have owned in Timberlake for some time and would surely reccomend this for people. The grounds are peaceful and serene and that is definately a plus. The fires served as a warnig to all homeowners and tenants to have insurance. Often times in Condominium associations, people assume that the association is covering them. More often than not this is false and if you do have a problem, you are on your own. The security is pretty good in the complex. For a short time in 2004, the outside area on larkspur was a bit risky on parking. Several cars were broken into. This seems to have stopped. Laundry facilities and pools are nice and clean. Neighbors are good and the environment is friendly. I would say that buying a first home in this complex would be good for anyone and would pay off in the end. The upstairs units are very hot in the summer.
