If your not a senior don't live there From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The Good: Nice pools Nice spas Nice trees and landscaping Nice laundry rooms! (A ) The Bad: 3 apartment fires due to faulty wires Very Picky about dog sizes Very rude management Took them 5 days to fix my ac in the 105 weather Racist security gaurds 3 rapes within the gates Gates are always broken! Summary If you are a young white girl with a black boyfriend and a dog who is smaller than a beagle (accepted there) but over 25 lbs oked in the beginng( I almost go kicked out twice) stay clear of these apartments. Rent is way to high to deal with the rude securtiy and management and the fires. I would never live there again.
