Love the grounds and waterways, especially when the ducks swim by. The managers have been extremely generous and responsive. I don't hear a thing from my neighbors' apartments, either upstairs or nextdoor. The apartment itself is spacious and the wrap-around patio is terrific. I also like that you need a clicker to get in AND out of the complex, and the security guards are always around. I do agree that this is a complex for older people though, people who appreciate quiet and privacy.
UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS: Umm, I don't know where the two other recent reviewers were living, but my unit/area is quite nice and peaceful. I haven't had or heard of any problems, and there is certainly nothing even near ghetto that I've seen. It's now June, and I still absolutely adore living here and feel very safe. The manager has been very nice and very responsive to any needs that I've had. Maybe I've been lucky, but my experience here has been very good.

Well I've been here since 99. Grounds are great , however walls are paper thin. Twice over the years there have been loud racous neighbors. Management did little or nothing. My car was broken into at night twice. Dornejo way side is very ghetto nonetheless the beauty of the grounds keeps me here.
