bad-flooding in apt From: kkay07 Date posted: 2/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We've lived here for 3 years. The first year was great, nice pools, lakes, and landscape. However, the last two years have been horrible. Our frige broke 3 times, ruined our food and management refused to replace the food that was ruined. They temporarily fixed the fridge but ever since then, we have not been able to put that many things in our freezer because it would break every time. Our current problem is our toilet and bathtub. When you flush the toilet it overflows and if you try to plunge it, feces like poo or dirt or urine will come out of the bathtub. The "emergency number", we tried to call more than 10x and no one picked up, we have tried calling from 7pm til 12am. No one has responded to our calls. I even called SECURITY and cant do anything. This IS ONE OF THE WORSE place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DONT BE FOOLED!!! Manager is also unfriendly, sexist, and racist. DONT LET HIM FOOL you!!! His name is JASON.
