nice landscape and responsible manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   I have live in this property for the past 4 years and am still renting. I am satisfied with the property in overall. This is a very unique property because of its waterways that run through the entire property. I love to walk to the big pond located at the middle of the property. You can find a pair of white ducks swimming on the pond always. The overall landscape has been well maintained and I feel like I am living in the woods or up in the mountains with running water and ducks swimming on it. I find that the onsite property manager Jason is friendly and approachable. He is also very responsible to my request when anything goes wrong in my rental unit. A lot of my friends envy me to have live in such a nice property in town. I will consider recommending more of my friends to live here.
