Our condo is facing a lake and the view is absolutelly beautiful. The ducks, koi, and a heron who likes to vacation at our lake each year are fun to watch and add to the naturalized landscape of the complex. Our surrounding neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful and the office staff is friendly and responsive. When requesting attention to a repair the maintenance staff was friendly, arrived promptly, and took care of the problem. Our air conditioning and heating works very well. Timberlake condominiums are a well-kept secret.
