Great Customer Service! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   The staff is very caring! They truly go the extra mile to accomadate your every need! I was in a dilema, came home very LATE, found my keys were elsewhere, and was able to be let in my apartment within 5 minutes of calling the after hours emergency phone number, did I mention it was 2:30AM' I love the location, and couldn't ask for a better place to call home! From the moment I called, to the day I signed my agreement, I have been treated with respect & courtesy, unlike a few others in the area that I had also called & visted! I have a dog and most places were turned off to that matter, but Trovas welocmed me & my dog with NO problems!
