Noisy and not a lot of parking

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Noisy neighbors on their patio or in the pool late at night (midnight to 2 am). Not a lot of parking. Irate nighbors who dont get their same parking spot each day. Damage to one of our cars.
