Trovas Apartments

Great, except for... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Maintenance calls are usually dealt with extremely quickly! The apartment has been wonderful, overall!(When we first moved in, we had a HUGE ant problem, but that was taken care of as soon as possible.) We haven't had any problems with noise in our building. Our cars have been safe, however, the parking situation is a drawback. The covered carports were badly designed so that if you pull all the way in, you cannot open the door due to the fact that the collumn supporting the structure is blocking you in. The parking spaces are also quite narrow. Other than those few problems listed above, we have thoroughly enjoyed living at Trovas. Of course, it would be nice if the rent was a bit lower and there wasn't such a rent hike for going month to month at the end of your lease. I would recommend Trovas to others.
