I last reviewed Trovas on 1/5/04. Here is my second attempt to get people to think twice before moving to Trovas or Miramonte.
The leaking ceilings/walls/doors/etc. I complained of on 1/5/04 were fixed- sort of. On January 20 they came in and repaired the hole in my ceiling, and PAINTED over the water-stained walls.
2 days ago, the leaking started again, and this time, in droves. Cosmetic fixes is what maintenance does best, but if you want to live somewhere and not worry about mold and mildrew, or dripping ceilings keeping you awake at night, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
