POOR MANAGEMENT

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The apartment itself is spacious and new BUT-- we also had a mice problem, a minor ant problem, and worst of all, the management is indifferent,rude, and incompetent.
The maintenance has been quick to respond, so I don't have much gripe about them.
Forget about rationalizing any situations with the people at the leasing office. They won't give you the benefit of the doubt. They are are defensive about every complaint and don't care or don't know the meaning of 'customer service'.
The girls (and girls they are because of their immaturity) should find a new job because they absolutely lack tact and don't have any people skills when it comes to managing any problems, whatsoever!
If it weren't for the management, this would actually be a decent place to live in.
