Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived here for 15 months, and I moving out next month. During this time manangement has consistenly been inconsiderate, unprofessional and unresponsive. The quality of the units, given the price is satisfactory. Parking spaces are woefully too small, and a major complaint is that there is poor sound insulation. If you neighbors make any noise at all you will be constantly bothered. Simple walking in the unit sounds like a heard of elphants, running water is loudly heard, etc etc.
Given the glut of apartments in the Natomas area and it being a buyer's market, I would find zero reason to continue to live in these units let alone reccomend them to anyone seeking tennacy.
