Luxury Price, Bad Management

I moved into this complex when it was brand new. The apartments were nice with great features, like a full-size washer/dryer, walk-in closet, and it was dog-friendly. I paid $995 for a 1 bedroom.
However, after a change of ownership, things went downhill.
What was supposed to be a luxury complex, quickly degenerated to a Section 8 community, with multiple families living in the units, people working on their cars in the parking lot, and a pool that was constantly murky. The "security" service was rarely seen, and neighbors cars were broken into regularly. The new owners also replaced our nice, brand-name washer/dryer with smaller, generic units.
I paid extra to live in a nice, safe community. If I had wanted to live with the issues listed above, I could have paid a LOT less.
Glad I moved.
