....the new management was horrible.
I was the first to live in my apartment. Everything was brand new and beautiful. I had a gorgeous view of the park and lake. The management was always pleasant and helpful. To me, it was worth paying $995 for a one bedroom to live in a nice apartment in a nice community.
Then things started to change. A new management company took over and started replacing our name-brand appliances with second-rate items. When my water heater began leaking, the maintenance team painted over it. Tenants began working on their cars in the middle of the driveways. Large flags were hung over balconies. The pool was frequently cloudy and dirty looking.
When I moved early, I never received a response from the management to my many letters and my offer to make my apt available to show prospective renters. I never received my deposit, nor did I receive any accounting for fees taken from my deposit.
This complex went from luxury to a rip-off in a few months after the new management took over. I'm glad to be out.

Sadly, all of the above is 100% true.
