first of all i just wanted to mention that this is not a gated community and i've only seen the security guard once. My boyfriend and i have lived in fear for our cars for one year. My car was broken into twice and my boyfried went through three different cars. The first car was stolen, the 2nd car someone had cut the gas line (REALLY) just to steal gas and the 3rd the thieves are still in process of trying to break in.

My God. I'd heard horror stories about cars being vandalized here, but that's insane. Not to mention, this was only one of many other problems.
