Noise everynight from the pool area, sometimes extending to the wee hours of the early morning.
The parking spots are far too small to fit your car into...unless you don't need to open your door to get out. Guest parking was usually quite rediculous; meaning I had to walk over from the Miramonte side late at night.
The pool area was often occupied by unsavory charachters (no, I'm not racist) who were almost always BBQing and filling our apartment with their fumes.

In a nutshell, living there was a nightmare. Did I mention I was only there for a month'
